At Sunny Tide, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read below for details on our shipping process, timeframes, and costs.



Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.



Delivery within Australia

We ship all orders from Western Australia to all Australian states and territories.

Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days

Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days

Delivery time frames begin once your parcel has been shipped. Please note that remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.



Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly stated on our website.



Packaging

Each item is checked to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.



Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post, Sunny Tide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Australia.
